…’If you are grateful, I will surely increase you [in favor]…” [Qur’an 14:7] (1)

  • Remembrance of God:

One of the sure ways of tranquility is the remembrance of God. This brings peace and calmness and you will always feel that you are overwhelmed with his mercy and kindness. As God said

…Unquestionably, by the remembrance of Allah hearts are assured.” [Qur’an 13:28] (2)

  • Guidance Prayer and Supplication:

Guidance prayer is one of the things that Prophet Muhammad highly recommended for those who are confused and seek guidance. And he has always emphasized that we should always ask God for everything, even small things, and always seek Him as He is the only shelter. Prophet Muhammad said

Let one of you ask his Lord for his every need, even until he asks Him for the strap of his sandal when it breaks.” [Hadith] (3)

  • Positive People:

Surrounding yourself with positive people must affect you in a good way. Spend your time with people with good hearts, who do their best to calm you down and help you overcome your fears when they find you anxious. Search for supportive people who always assure you that you deserve to feel good. And be there for anyone who needs your support and give them a hand as God said

…And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression… [Qur’an 5:2] (4)
