5 or 6 years ago, I wrote an article in some of the faculty newsletters. It was about how to overcome being worried all the time. I wrote this catchy line that I’ll never forget “… As long as it’s away from prison, death and disease; why should I worry …” The main concept for me was not to worry as long as you are not going to prison or any of your family and the same goes for death and sickness!
Sorry, but I was completely wrong, even prison, sickness and death are not enough to make you feel worry. You don’t have to feel worry at all !
We shall worry about doing nothing and giving nothing to this world.
If we shall worry about something, we shall worry that if we died with no footprints left behind to help others, we shall worry that we don’t worship the right God, and we shall worry that this world will end with wars or starvations or catastrophes.
That’s what we should worry about. We shall not worry
if we went to prison by seeking the rights of people,
we shall not worry if we got sick from spinning around and running around trying to make this world a better place,
we shall not worry if we got some disease from visiting those weird places that full of people starving to death just to get them a little drops of water.
All of those things are not worthy to worry about and the most important thing that we should worry about is that we might be spending our lives doing nothing but arguing and searching in the wrong way; and we should worry about not worshiping the right God or we are not following the right path. Those things that we don’t think about them regularly are the things that we should worry about the most. Try to think again whether you are on the right track on the right path that God put you through. Try to think if you are going to hell or heaven according to our deeds. Try to think again where you are standing from the righteous God right now. Are you worshiping him or are you worshiping another God ?!
