Physical activity during fasting
Physical activity during fasting aren’t necessarily hard, it depends on how well you eat at Sahour (The meal before Fasting).
Fasting heightens your senses and forces the body to burn its reserved energy, if you simply have the power to push through the feeling of tiredness.
In fact, the very first year fasting was legislated, one of the most critical battles in Islamic history took place; the battle of Badr. Muslims ended up winning their very first military encounter, while fasting and being overnumbered!
Working, playing or even fighting while fasting during Ramadan only increases your stamina and resilience. Read also:
General Activities during Ramadan:
After freeing yourself from bad habits, you find space to build good ones. Here are a few activities during Ramadan that help build good habits.
1. Empathy for Others:
Being in someone else’s shoes makes you relate to how they feel. Many in this world may abstain from food or water… not by choice, but due to poverty or not being able to find food or water.
Fasting humbles Muslims and puts them in the shoes of others so they can have empathy. Also, to realize what they are going through and help them.
Be merciful to others. Share with them whatever you can, even if it’s just a smile!
2. Read the Qur’an
Reading is essential to learning and make ourselves better. And The Qur’an is an essential book to read, especially during Ramadan.
Allah the Almighty has revealed His book to Prophet Muhammad in Ramadan. This indicates that the Qur’an has a special relationship with that time.
3. Supplication in Ramadan
One of the powerful miracles of Ramadan is answering the supplications. It’s time to come closer to your Creator and to ask Him your needs in addition to guidance.
You suffer a lot, so no time for hesitation. Here is the true happiness.
When Allah speaks about the rulings of Ramadan in the Qur’an, he gives us this Verse in between to indicate this meaning:
And when My servants ask you, concerning Me – indeed I am near. I respond to the invocation of the supplicant when he calls upon Me. So let them respond to Me and believe in Me that they may be guided.”
[Qur’an, 2: 186]

Best Events during Ramadan
Ramadan is a month of Events. The doors of Paradise open, The doors of hell locked, and Demons are Chained Major unseen events happen in that month, that have a great impact on our physical world.
Prophet Muhamed said: “Ramadan, a blessed month, has come to you during which God has made it obligatory for you to fast.
In it the gates of Paradise are opened, the gates of Hell are locked, and the rebellious devils are chained.
In it, God has a night that is better than a thousand months. He who is deprived of its good has indeed suffered deprivation.” (Hadith)
1. The Night of Destiny:
In The last ten nights of Ramadan there is one night that is better than a thousand months! It is the night of destiny, and in it, the provision for the entire year gets set, Allah had sent down countless mercies, the Quran was sent down, and good deeds are myriad times more blessed. 2. Three Thirds:
It is usually divided into three thirds, so every ten days you feel that you are entering a new period.
(Its beginning is mercy, its middle is forgiveness and its end is manumission from fires)
Even though this quote–unfortunately–isn’t authentically attributed to the prophet, peace be upon him, its meaning is correct. Especially that Allah (God) frees people from fire, each night in Ramadan, and that the last 10 days in Ramadan are the most special in the entire year.
3. Ending of Ramadan and Eid Al-Fitr
By the end of Ramadan comes Eid, which is the Muslim holiday. There are only two Muslim holidays in the entire year, one of which is the one directly after Ramadan, where Muslims celebrate the fulfillment of Ramadan and break their fast by gathering together with friends and family.
The prophet Peace be upon him said: “The one who fasts has two occasions of joy, one when he breaks his fast and one when he meets his Lord.” (Hadith)

And as for those who were in awe of standing before their Lord and restrained themselves from ˹evil˺ desires, (40) Paradise will certainly be ˹their˺ home. (41)” [Qur’an, 79: 40-41]
(Quran)
